Endorphins and getting to use this cute washi tape--what other motivation do you need? Hehe I initially named this Fitness Fun 2.0, but I actually want to separate the different workout types in the future. This one is more gym & cardio based, and in the future, I hope to a roll for yoga & pilates, and another for sports!
